Morning Lovelies

 

This morning I sit at my work desk feeling enlightened.

 

Why you may ask?

 

Well this morning at 6:30am I tried power yoga for the first time.

The class was heated to approximately 30 degrees and whilst I commenced the practise of yoga, I sweated out all of the toxins from my body.

 

After the class I felt refreshed and revitalised and can't wait to do it all again tomorrow! Power Yoga Canberra have an introductory offer of $20 for 10 consecutive days.

Keep Calm, it's Tuesday!

 

Tuesday is the perfect day to brighten up the work place with a bold colour.

 

When you wear a bright shade of blue it can make you feel happy and confident.

Blue is a masculine colour and is considered beneficial to the mind and body.

This outfit is amazing, it is right on the monochromatic trend. 

Looks good for work as the outfit is directional and clean.

How did you go with the Melbourne Cup yesterday?
