Morning Lovelies
This morning I sit at my work desk feeling enlightened.
Why you may ask?
Well this morning at 6:30am I tried power yoga for the first time.
The class was heated to approximately 30 degrees and whilst I commenced the practise of yoga, I sweated out all of the toxins from my body.
After the class I felt refreshed and revitalised and can't wait to do it all again tomorrow! Power Yoga Canberra have an introductory offer of $20 for 10 consecutive days.
